Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

They are always very friendly and enthusiastic. I have never been disappointed in my portions, and I always order the Moo-Moo, since it is a "child's Size" supposedly, but it still fills me up. Like the variety of the salsas!

We go every Monday. Homewrecker, chips, and drink for $6. Wife and I split and they cut it in half and give us each our own basket of chips. Unlimited free salsa worth several varieties is a plus. Free grilled veggies (onions, green peppers, & mushrooms) another bonus.

Great John Coctostans (steak , beans, etc. ), even the tofu was good. First employee in the prep line very personable & talkative. Food as prepared as requested and tasted great. Will eat there again.

Moe's is a convenient place to fill your belly til you see fit. If you know what you like to go in your burritos...guess what?...it's up to you to decide what goes in. Don't like rice...don't get it...don't like lettuce...don't get it. Like black beans over pinto beans...that's right...get them. Moe's is reasonably priced and the portions are more than enough for anybody (this does not include their tiny queso orders). The atmosphere is more of an in-and-out sit-down, but that's due to the volume Moe's does on the weekends. If you're in the area to catch a movie and happen to do lunch before hand, you may be spoiling your movie treats. Yes, the food is that filling. Try: The Homewrecker Avoid: Being the one to negotiate the ridiculously small trash receptacles.

I thought everything was good, I went back to give them a second try and they messed up again!!!!!! I do not get how this can happen so much. I have decided to just not go there again. Be sure to check your order if you visit here

Had lunch here today an was fairly disappointed. The floors were extremely dirty, The way the walls were painted with just streaks of fresh paint here and there gave the restaurant a dirty feel. Even the fact that the TV's still had the manufactures stickers on them seemed to add the the fact that little time is spent in the dinning room. The new freestyle Coke Machine seemed cool at first, however waiting in a line of 8 to 10 people while they Make Their flavor choice. not so cool.

Wow, they are so friendly here! When you walk in, you get a "HI WELCOME TO MOE's!" This place is AWESOME! There are so many things you can put in a wrap! It's like a wrap style Subway (Sandwhich Shop). I love their green sauce. I have never had it before and now I am seeing it everywhere in stores. Even when you get takeout from here they give you a whole bunch of warm chips to take home. They need more salt for my taste so I leave them in the bag, nuke 'em at home and add my own salt! Yummy! It is a little pricey for the food you get and you can make it at home for a lot cheaper but the atmosphere there is very warm with look-a-like famous photo artwork on the walls.

Real Good Food. Large Portions. You can eat like a champ for under 10 bucks. I've tried most of the menu items and they all are KING. Get the queso if you go, it's like liquid crack... delicious! I think the staff is waiting for the next Widespread Panic show to hit town. I enjoy listening to the music of the "dead artist" that they pump on the stereo. (Johnny Cash, Lennon, Hendrix, Michael Jackson, etc)
